Run in England launch
This is the programme that has launched in England following discussions we (jogscotland) had with them back in 2007/08. Using the word 'run' instead of 'jog' I think is a mistake but I hope it works for them. Jog makes it much less intimidating and more accessible for complete beginners, those who are doing no physical activity at all as opposed to those who may already be a little bit active. It is the completely inactive that we as a nation need to get moving, as that is where the main health and obesity issues are.
