Blogging is about sharing.  Here's a few odds and ends of no particular importance.  However, they maybe important since someone thought of putting them on the internet and that means - what does that mean?  Nothing other than some blog fodder.Odds - interested in finding the odds of something?   Here's one related to the season.Twice as many cooking-related house fires occur on Thanksgiving than any other day of the year.That statistic comes from the Book of Odds web site.

One thing I'll never get use to - rearranging furniture.  Especially in the bedroom.  It's an accident waiting to happen (IMHO).But web pages - that's different.  They are dynamic.  A few clicks here, a drag drop there.I decided to redo my blogroll (what you never looked at my blogroll over on the sidebar??).  Well it moved.  Now there is just

short ride long history
My wife decided she would take a day off and drag me down offer me a trip to Springfield IL. the other day.It was a great trip.  I was surprised by how interesting and high tech the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum (opened 2005) was.  I would include more pictures but as you might expect, photography is limited within the museum.  Basically you can take pictures in the large rotunda type lobby.
