Veteran's Memorial 10K race and Homemade Pizza!
Today, I completed the Veteran's Memorial 10K race at the USF campus in 1:13:53! I'm very excited since it was better than my last 10K time by almost 3 mins or 30 seconds per mile! Even with the cooler weather, it was clear skies so the sun was bearing down on me. I haven't run more than 6 miles since I ran the 10k last month. Hopefully my time will continue to improve. Lenny overheard that they only expected 200 people to run, however, 500 showed up! Giorgio, Austin and Jeremy were also

It still turned out moist and tender and pulled apart very easily.Ingredients:2.5 - 3 lbs roastflour for
