November 30th-last call for Halloween Candy!
Today marks the last day for Halloween candy in the York household. The rule goes, if there is still Halloween candy left on the last day of November it gets thrown in the trash.

Decorated Tree
Today started with Grocery shopping, laundry and the household things that need to get done before going back to work on Monday. We also set up and decorated our tree after supper, yes it is an artificial one, a lot less mess to clean up after Christmas.Until tomorrow...

Early Birthday for Ben
This morning at breakfast Grandma and Grandpa gave Ben his birthday presents a little early because they will not be able to come to his party next weekend.

How we spent Black Friday
We had a low key start to the day, no early morning shopping for us. Grandma pulled out the Twister game. I took pictures and played the judge/referee.

Happy Thanksgiving!
My mom and I started working on Thanksgiving dinner before the parade started. We took a quick break to see Jeff's niece, Jackie perform in the Hair cast on NBC in the Macy's Day Parade shortly after 9 am. She has been in the Hair cast since they started on Broadway.
