Being turned down
Recently I'm going through a period of events where I'm being turned down quite a lot. Sometimes it makes me feel like I should have stayed away by handcuffing myself under the deep end of a pool. But the past is the past and every calamity happens for a reason. When I ask Allah to forgive so and so and guide them to the right path, I feel a lot better.I currently miss all my old readers who used to spend so much of their time writing warm comments for me to read. May Allah bless you wherever you are. Ameen!
My thanks goes to...
I don't go through college only for my own worldly benefits, rather I strive this course to attain Allah's pleasure.I doubt my current design lecturer would see this post, but nevertheless I'd like to thank him for everything he has done for me and the studio mates. Putting aside his high expectations of us to do close-to-perfect presentations, this semester has been a blast with all the challenging new things I've learnt. Our ummah's 'Eid ...
Our ummah's 'Eid is nearing and I haven't done much Qur'an reading. Yet I feel very happy with my accomplishments this month. I was able to pray on time and mostly in congregation. The west (ya'gni Europe) will be conquered afterward; after the rebellion of the east against Allaah is crushed first. So I make to you three points yaa ikhwaan:1. Blackbanners wil
Ramadhan Reminder 1- A Wasted Fast
Ramadhan has arrived and we've made the intention to fast from day 1 until day 30. Theres so much benefit that comes from observing this obligatory deed. Its listed as the third of the pillars of Islam and we want to make sure that we do it well and gain as much benefit as possible. We all know this but how sure are we that our fast this Ramadhan will be accepted by Allah?According to a Fatwa from IslamQA.com there is a duty far more important than fasting, its called the 5 obligatory prayers. In my experience, people can fast a whole
