Anthem AZ real estate – September ‘09 Market Report…
The Anthem AZ real estate market is still moving along nicely, at least according to September’s statistics. It’s not quite the fevered pitch we saw over the summer, but that should be expected. With kids going back to school the housing market in Anthem typically starts to taper off this time of year. The number of homes actively on the market increased a little while the number of homes that actually closed improved dramatically. And we continue to see the average sale price tick up. Albeit September’s uptick was ever so slight. The burn rate is down to 2 months now, and the average days on market has fallen to 75. Based on those statistics we have a

One of the many things I love about Anthem Arizona is the natural beauty, which includes the mountains. As I was driving to the office the other day I snapped this photo of Daisy Mountain. Anthem is situated at the base of this aptly named mountain. During the spring it is resplendent with yellow daisies. For more photos of go to the “Pictures of Anthem” page here at All About Anthem.
