Twins final product
Last week, I had the parents bring back the other twin in an effort to capture him with his dad's guitar. After a few hiccups, we managed to get a shot we all loved. Here is the final result.

Ok. Seriously. Could these babies be any cuter? In true twin form, for most of the session, one baby was cooperative while the other was.... well, less than cooperative. :) And of course, they take turns being the cooperative one - just to make sure I don't play favorites. What can I say? I absolutely loved working with little Elianna.. She was a photographer's dream - slept so well and let me pose her without much of a fight. And so, so pretty... A few of my favorites from our session....

Sherwood Family Portraits
I have been dying to photograph Laura & Jeff since the day I met them. They live down the street from me and are the sweetest people you could ever want to meet. Laura and I quickly became friends, as did our children. Our daughters are the same age and even my son is drawn to Laura's little girls. Oh, and did I mention their family is gorgeous!? After rescheduling a couple times, we finally managed to squeeze a session in between the showers we've been having. Laura & Jeff, thank you for finally allowing me to photograph your beautiful family. Here are a few of my favorites from our session.

Engagement in the Pearl
I love engagement sessions. There's just something about new love that makes my heart sing. The knowing glances, the little touches, that look in their eyes... Matthew & Elizabeth are no exception. I was honored to spend a beautiful fall day with them in the Pearl District of downtown Portland documenting the beginning of their lives together. Matthew & Elizabeth, thank you so much for walking around downtown Portland with me on a very cold day. I hope the hot coffees kept you warm and the experience was fun for you both. I cannot wait for your wedding in May!
