Security Concerns against Real Estate Developer-"Montalban Akyat Bahay Gang"
I don't know where to start actually. For now, I will not name my Developer since everything is under investigation and I am still waiting for the formal statement from the Security Department and their "Clubhouse" or the Developer's satellite office where all of the complaints is being redirected. We got this housing unit at Rodriguez(Montalban), Rizal just a couple of months ago through PAG-IBIG Housing Loan with a lot area of 83 sq. meters for only P4,230.00 monthly to be paid for 30 years. Believe it or not, our reservation dates back last February 2007, yes 2007, and we moved in October 18,2009. I have to pay upfront P38,000 for the total equity of P55,000 including the reservati
