Having learned our national culture, citizens are helped not only to nurture and develop but also to draw from them a set of Filipino values that may serve as a strong foundation of a way of life. TAKING ARTS AT THE GRASSROOTS OF SOCIETY . . . THE ART OF THE START
Magna Kultura has not released current news pertaining to the organization’s activities. Except for 1 article (i.e., http://magnakultura.multiply.com/journal/item/29/USING_ARTS_TO_TRANSFORM_OUR_SOCIETY) which is a general article about taking arts to society and helping artists to rise-up with “business sense”, we have not really released any details about what the organization is now doing. Because of the major developments that are taking shape, we are on a news blog-out.&nbs

USING ARTS TO TRANSFORM OUR SOCIETY
Many social movements have been propelled and shaped by art and artists. From the 70's till today, Art still moves and inspires. It has the power to transform communities, to provoke thought and lead to insight, to change hearts and minds, and to inspire action. It can expand our vision or awe us with beauty.Art has also been a force for progressive social change. Intuitively we know that art has a role in social change.
Many social movements have been propelled and shaped by art and artists. From the 70's till today, Art still moves and inspires. It has the power to transform communities, to provoke thought and lead to insight, to change hearts and minds, and to inspire action. BUILD THE RIGHT DREAM . . . AND SHARE IT!
Remember the movie "Field of Dreams" with famous whispering voice in the wind that said, "If You Build It, They Will Come!." I am not a baseball ball fanatic and I don't know much about it's players, but I like the motivational drift that the movie conveys: about building a dream. Aiming for something worthwhile that you have been deeply yearning for, that something you always wanted to achieve. It may well be that it is also what God has purposed you to achieve in your lifetime.

Magna Kultura is seeking for female volunteer applicants who would like to work part-time in a livelihood selling activity that will be conducted in Makati and Ortigas Business Centers. (The are also provincial areas as noted below.)Our purpose is to raise funds for our adopted communities. Magna Kultura regularly conducts entrepreneurial fund-raising efforts to raise funds for its community-based art programs. From arts & music
