Before We Were Born
This image was created in Adobe Photoshop 7. The image contains 6 layers. I started with a photo taken here in Vancouver, BC. Then I applied an image of a hand stitched fish, covered with mother of pearl buttons. The fish image was distorted. I added an overlay effect to create a crackled appearance on the buttons. For layer 3 I applied a photo of a very old letter with an overlay effect to create a feeling of a strange and ancient land. In Layers 5 and 6 I added the earth and its reflection and again manipulated
