Goals for November~ Reviewed Weight Lost Goals Try to take the stairs as much as possible.. Do Zumba 4 times a week ( Still not done faithfully) Eat more fruits and vegetables Cut down on carbo (rice/noodles) Household Maintenance Pack up and sort out the kids toys  Get the Art cupboard sorted out.
