Language: English
Topics: fashion, lifestyle, passions
Description: Welcome to Athena magazine. Athena is the goddess of domestic arts. As per our patron goddess, we will dwell on all things at home, from fashion and food to decor and the arts. Athena wisely inspires us in our dwellings, our closets, our lives. As we say here at Athena magazine, “Create Your Life.” Athena supports indie artists, designers and crafters of all eras and aims to promote awareness of these creatives who are often ignored by the mainstream media. We want to celebrate those who work everyday to make the world a more beautiful place. Athena supports buying handmade and locally. Athena magazine is not-for-profit, because, after all, we feel fashion, style, and beauty advice and all the other good things in life should be absolutely free. Don’t you? Free especially of special interests, advertiser pressure and anything else that interferes with free expression. To retain our absolute freedom of speech, Athena does not accept advertising. Our long-term goals include grant application for creating a print/online fashion, lifestyle, passions product. Because fashion should be free, don't you think?
