Audrey and Stella's Playground
Notes from Audrey
Yesterday, instead of napping, Audrey decided it would be fun to use some notecard stationary that I had in the desk to write notes and color pictures. The only way I discovered this little secret is that, through out my day today, I have come across these notes. One was in my bed side table. The other was in my make up drawer in the bathroom. The most recent one was in my sock drawer. I opened up said note and discovered a row of smiley faces. Then I did what any normal mom would do....I folded the notecard back up, put it back in its envelope and placed it back in the drawer. Who couldn't stand to see a bunch of smiley faces each time they need a pair of socks?
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
The Good:Stella grasps that a drink, either in a cup or a bottle (i.e. drink bottle, not baby bottle) is for drinking. And she gets that she needs to pick it up and bring it to her mouth to drink it.The Bad:She doesn't have great aim.The Ugly:Red Gatorade all over the side of a gal's head/hair.

Sleep Update
Stella did get to sleep finally last night. We had put her down early, given that she fell asleep on the way home from dinner, and although she did pitch the biggest fit known to man cry, she was asleep by her normal 7:30 bedtime. And she slept through the night. In other news, both gals are a little snotty, sneezy, coughy and raspy. We've been loading up with some extra D3 and are hoping to bust this out quickly. Aud already said she was feeling "much better" after her nap. She sounds better too. We're waiting to see how things are tomorrow regarding sending her to school. But I would love to have a morning to just cuddle and snuggle with my littlest gal h
