Barking & Dagenham Plus – formerly known as “Eighteen Plus” – is a social, sporting and leisure club for young people aged 18 to 35. We are part of PLUS (the National Federation of Plus Areas) – a nationwide network of similar groups. We organise and take part in a wide range of fun and interesting activities – nights out, weekends away, holidays, parties, sporting competitions and social events. We are run by our members for our members.
