| Description: | Hello, I'm Donna Bordeaux and I am a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a PFS (Personal Financial Specialist). My husband, Chad, and I are the owners of Bordeaux & Bordeaux, CPAs, PA in Lake Wylie, SC. We are just over the border from Charlotte, NC. Since staring our firm in 1996, I have been passionate about helping small business maximize their efforts and have a great quality of life. Afterall, the reason most people say they started their own businesses is to allow them to control their own schedule and spend more time with their families. But then again, I have heard many business owners say they want to sell their business so they can have more time to spend with their families. There is a happy medium some where along the way. I also enjoy taxes -- yes that's right "enjoy" taxes. I may not always agree (or almost never agree) with tax laws, but my job is not really to create the tax laws, but instead help individuals and businesses minimize their consequences. Many of my clients have heard me say that I hope to pay a lot of taxes -- that must mean I am making a lot of money! My goal is to help my clients pay the lowest amount of taxes for the income they have been able to achieve. |
