A Few of My Favorite Bridal Shots Never Before Posted
I tend to do a lot of bridal sessions and don’t want to post them before the wedding. Then after the wedding I get busy with editing and never seem to get around to posting the bridal photos. So because of my effort to keep my blog posts going, here are a few of my favorite bridal shots. Amber’s bridal Session: Amber and I had a hard time finding a time to shoot her bridal session because of her busy schedule and rainy weather. One week before her wedding we managed to meet at the Proximity Hotel and I’m so glad we did! As you can see from these photos, Amber is amazingly beautiful and FUN!
Amy and Justin – Wedding at Burke Manor
We all kept our fingers crossed the rain would hold off for Amy and Justin’s outdoor wedding at Burke Manor.  It turned out to be a perfect day for photography.  The cloudy sky acted as a giant softbox and lended itself to making the Fall colors pop.  I had had the opportunity to meet the Warf family at a previous wedding and was once again struck by just how close everybody is to each other.  It’s so very obvious to everybody just how much love these families share.
Maegan and Jeffery – Engagement Session
I met with Maegan and Jeff over in Raleigh a couple of weeks ago to shoot their engagement session.  We started on the campus on North Carolina State University and then headed downtown for a different backdrop.  It was a beautiful Fall day and the weather was perfect for photography.  I’m so looking forward to their wedding next year.  They are so sweet and fun to photograph.  Here are a few of my favorite images from the day:

Please read and take to heart!
Heather + Darin Enagement Session
On my way to Charlotte this Sunday with mapquest directions at my side, I got lost while trying to arrive on time for Heather and Darin’s E-Session.  In a panic I called Heather only to hear Darin’s voice on the other end.  I always plan my shoots so that I arrive at least 30 minutes before the appointed time ( just some anal engineering holdover).  I honestly thought I was going to have to pull over to the side of the road and “waste”  20 minutes but now I’m finding myself in the situation of potentially being 15 minutes late.  I plug in my GPS and find I’m 17 miles away.  EEK!  Okay, so back to Darin…. He answers the phone and quickly re
