Celtics Escape From New York, NU Dumps Football
There were two Boston-New York battles yesterday, and perhaps surprisingly, it was the Celtics that had the tougher afternoon with their Gotham opponent.
The Celtics needed overtime to defeat the Knicks, 107-105 at Madison Square Garden.
