StreetLevel: Slope's Miracle Grill Calls it Quits
Another restaurant says goodbye on 7th Avenue: Miracle Grill, on 3rd Street, closed up yesterday, according to Only the Blog Knows Brooklyn. OTBKB reports that Bobby Flay was the original chef at Miracle Grill's first outpost in the East Village.

The owners of 88 Prospect Park Southwest in Windsor Terrace paid $895,000 for the 1,750-square-foot townhouse in 2006 and, from the looks of it, did a pretty comprehensive renovation. Now they're asking $1,150,000 for the place. The listing portrays the house as a good condo alternative, which isn't a bad way to think of it, given the size and finishes.
