Dozens of gunmen abducted the group of journalists, supporters and relatives of gubernatorial candidate, Ismael Mangudadatu, as they traveled through Amputuan township Monday to file candidacy documents in the provincial capital for May 2010 elections. Chicken Inasal and Manokan Country
Chicken Inasal is Bacolod City. Just like Masskara festival, piaya and tubo (sugarcane). Well, we can now add "Calea" and "Cafe Bob's" to the list of synonymosity when we talk about the City of Smiles. Part of the pasalubong package I handcarry when I go to Manila is, you guessed it right, a tightly packed "chicken inasal" hidden from an airport x-ray monitor. Not that it is not allowed in our domestic flights but the hassle of unpacking and repacking for show is just unthinkable.
