Vicky and Jose was married on a beautiful summer like day this past September in Carle Place, New York. One of the exciting elements of this wedding is that the couple are huge Met's fans! Vicky and Jose were able to elegantly incorporate the theme throughout their entire wedding. From the flowers to the girl's dresses the Met's signature colors of power blue and orange were present. I cannot stress this enough. The event will only be what you imagined if you make it personal and unique to you and your style. Yes peruse blogs and magazines for inspiration, but take it just for that, inspiration. Start with a vision/inspiration board that is close to what you would like to have, then close your eyes and imagine in the perfect world what your event would look like. Would the flower choices be the same?
