If you haven't tried pastured butter, scones are the perfect reason to take the leap into flaky, buttery heaven. Now I admit, I avoid dairy for the most part, but when it comes to baking, sometimes ghee just ain't enough. So I go for the good stuff - creamy, decadent, wholesome butter churned from grass-fed cow's milk. There is really no comparison. Unless its raw - but I am on a budget.
