Day 1
Day 1, done! Went up Rist with the group, group dwindled to just a couple of us, totally comfortable. Got up to the little plateau past the mailboxes, turned around to go ride with Megan for a bit, but she had already started heading down so I just caught up with her and we rode home nice and easy. I'm convinced that track racing is akin to muscle fiber homicide, literally ripping your legs to pieces, and it takes
