A GOOD DAY'S RIDE, ERWIN TN, TILMAN MOUNTIAN TN, MARSHAL (NC)
I've gone over the map, and reconstructed it to actually reflect the small roads I traveled over...yesterday's map was hurriedly routed...and contains many substantial errors. This ride actually ran me 126 miles, start to finish... It took me five hours to do...and lunch stop was a small gas station and chocolate covered mini doughnuts. YUCK! But, here we go folks...I had a great ride!

I'm going to go back and revisit a post from a few weeks ago. It seems many people wish to talk about my statement that riding is as easy as driving a car. I'm sticking by that statement. Reason for that? Not one of the people I've had contact with have been able to convince me of anything other.With each "for instance" I've been given as an example of how "hard" it is to ride vs how hard it is to drive a car....is only an example of how hard it is to LEARN to ride...not the act of riding in it's self.One person suggests "steering into corners and turns are harder

Hey y'all... As the title says, I've moved my pictures. Now I have a few thousand posted over at SmugMug and you can find them at this link: http://chessiecat.smugmug.com/Other/Chessies-Rides/10142569_WVpiM#697488681_DFinn I haven't done any thing yet to put them into a definitive order of classification, which means for now you must peruse the folders as they come. I will be putting them in some sort of order as time goes by.
