Description: Always had a talent for photography buried deep somewhere just waiting to be found. Started off as a book worm enjoying text and fantasies that leaps off the pages of those Hardy Boys and Three Investigators. Just telling you that reveals the awesome years of those born in the 80’s. When internet first entered my life in 1994, everything sped up. Just try asking the next generation of kids “what’s a snail mail?” and you’ll get them Googling it on their iPhone. And of course, in came blogging and almost everything was made digital (if possible, touch and smell would be great), including photography. So from black and white text to creating stories with imagery. That is most exciting transition in my life that I just have to share the vastness of the world with everyone in the world! That’s my life’s story in a few short sentences, however my hope in giving back to this world is that you would get some inspiration from my perspective. Hang around, let your fingers loose and browse everything on chongdavid.com. Adious, David Chong.

SIB Live Album Recording – Concert Photography
I’ve been with SIBKL church since 2006 September. In 2009, SIBKL has been around for 15 years, thus the 15 anniversary live recording. For this event, I’ve shot over 2000 pictures and I could only get a handful of nice ones. With Nikon D300, at ISO 1600, these low light events can still produce blur shots. At ISO3200, D300 has already lost all it’s details.
Bernard & Charmaine Wedding Ceremony | Wedding Photography
The big day came for my cell leader, Bernard Lee, to get married. Behind the scenes, there were sounds of relief saying “finally!” OK, them kissing, is like starting at the end first. Bringing you back to where the photoshoot started… This was such a good spur-of-the-moment for the bride! What’s she looking at?
First Wedding Photoshoot
Finally the chance to test if the photography skill in me is of any use! Someone gave me the chance to photograph their wedding. Luckily everything can be staged. However staging a wedding photoshoot isn’t too good when this is the first experience I have as a photographer. Thank God their home is spacious and beautiful. Everything’s in place! A comment by many people is that I should show the smile on the bride’s face.
Kuala Lumpur Tower Parachute Jump
Found out it’s quite typical for Malaysians not to visit their proud lands while travellers around the world flock to the famous monuments in Kuala Lumpur. My first time to KL Tower. Lost my way and there was a couple of Australians tailing my butt thinking I’ll lead them there. Yea right. Thank God I know how to ask around. So happened to have an event of a bunch of jumpers that were jumping off the ledge 24 times within 24 hours to make into the world book of records. Not the craziest stuns I’ve known compared to the
Giraffe Gracing Leaves | Wildlife Photography
Long time ago, Africa or revered the giraffe as some more than cultures still practiced today. You can find pictures and photographs of giraffes depicted in the painting on prehistoric rock and caves. Uniquely described as being magnificent, bizarre, unique, colossal and inoffensive in character. Taking a picture of a giraffe proves to be a challenge because it’s height.  It’s not fat enough to fill the screen without including additional “distracting elements” such as rocks, desert & palm trees into the picture. The giraffes are herbivores by nature. The long necks allow them to reach for leaves high up in the tree where most animals can’
