I’m a wild, wild man. Well, not really. But I do have a goofy sense of humor. Most of the time, people aren’t quite sure what to do with me. I can’t stand know-it-alls, because I am one. I actively defy stereotypes. But I love God, and I have been given a serious heart and energy towards empowering the Church for social justice issues. I don’t presuppose to have all the answers, but I’m walking through the call to care for everything God created, and I hope you’ll join me. These are my experiences, trying to live free from all religious preconceptions, and get at the heart of Jesus. I don’t promise to be on any particular side of anything, and I’m more than open to being confronted. This is for people who have a just, reasonable discontent for what they hear or see within the Christian Church, and wish it were somehow changed, or opened to discussion, or exposed for further redefinition. And this is for encouraging what is right within the Church, so that more and more good fruit can benefit the world. And this is also to make known the experience of those people or practices not fitting damaging preconceptions. And if you read this long enough, you will at least end up challenged, and may end up offended. Welcome. It ought to be restorative, and gracious. Michael+
