Ghosts and Goblins...
and Pirates! Halloween is always such an event at our house, we love it, we get totally into it. We have been dressing in themes for the last few years, and this year is no different. We were a family of pirates, and to add to the fun and enjoyment, we were joined by two others who took on our excitement!

Fall is in the air...
For many, Fall has been here for quite some time, but here in sunny southern CA, we have just begun to feel the cool nip in the air. I have to say that Fall is by far my favorite season - the leaves changing colors, the fresh smell in the air, and of course baking. I wish that we were able to experience a little more "fall-like" things here, but I will take what I can get. I was lucky enough to spend the morning in Julian, CA! It is a quaint little mountain town in the north inland of San Diego. It was a balmy 45 degrees, and I was loving it!!! Here are a few shots:

Alive and Crafting
I know what you are thinking... did she fall off the face of the Earth? Did she get swallowed up in a Black Hole? Hey, whatever happened to that chick, you know, the one that makes those awesome cookies... and her papercrafting ain't half bad either... Well, I am here, I am back and I am ready to get my groove going again. In fact, with the change in the weather, a nice cool breeze, and Halloween on the horizon, I am on a roll.
