Dodd and Lieberman Still Not Talking About Public Option
Even though U.S. Sen. Chris Dodd and U.S. Sen. Joseph Lieberman talk every day Dodd said Monday that he hasn't yet tried to change Lieberman's mind regarding a public option. Dodd favors a public option and Lieberman, the Democrat-turned-Independent, opposes it. As the attention in the national health care debate now turns toward the Senate, it's a question Dodd will be asked more often.

Judge To Hear Closing Arguments Tuesday
A Connecticut judge is scheduled to hear closing arguments Tuesday in the case of an inmate who has been on a hunger strike for more than two years. Superior Court Judge James Graham was asked 11 months ago by the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut to vacate his previous decision that allowed the Corrections Department to force feed inmate William B. Donovan Works To Make DomesticViolence 'Major Issue' Next Year

Annie Le Documents To Be Unsealed
