I photographed Diana at Minnehaha Falls in Minneapolis. It was a lovely day, and we had a lot of fun… Diana has some awesome style; it was fun featuring the boots, scarves and outfits that she brought along!

Cahow family
I love photo sessions with unexpected adventure, unplanned locations, and fun surprises. It’s not necessarily what comes to mind when you think of a family photo session, but this shoot with Mandi and Bob, and their almost 1 year old son Brenner definitely had it. We planned the shoot in downtown Hopkins, and really didn’t have many specific ideas on what we’d do there. The day of the shoot was cold and breezy which was not a good combo for a 1 year old. We did a few shots outside on the street, then popped into the Hopkins Antique Mall on Main Street and asked if we could warm up and take some pictures. Jon and Jess engagement
Jon and Jess were such a pleasure to photograph. We hiked around Thompson Park in West St. Paul on a beautiful fall day, searching for fun picture spots. These guys are such a great couple, and we had a lot of fun!

Walters family
I photographed the Walters family out at the Dodge Nature Center in West St. Paul on one of those great chilly fall days where you just want to be outside, walking through the woods. So, we did. These guys have a great sense of humor and we all had a lot of fun.

Kirby and Jacob engagement
Kirby and Jacob have that great spark for each other that’s so much fun to photograph. We went around the Stone Arch Bridge/Mill City Museum area of Minneapolis for their engagement photos on a cool, wet Fall day. We managed to stay warm thanks to the use of those little hand warming things when we were outside, and taking time to explore inside the Guthrie Theater for cool photo spots. It was such fun photographing these guys!
