| Description: | Curtis Newton is my friend. He has always been. Our long discussions and games in the park gave birth to these songs. Curtis is the one narrating all these stories about the women and the light-speed travels, which I think, in the end are pretty the same. I write the songs down at night. I love piano but I've spent most of my lifetime playing guitar. Sometimes you just do what you have to. Although I am worried that I am the only one who talks to Curtis Newton, I don't believe myself to be insane. And confessing this fact is not questioning his existence or our friendship. I am just admitting that I cannot explain everything - even with music. All right. Done. We finished our first disc (I like that 20th century word). By the way, Curtis is very rock 'n roll, but this particular take I find very folk. Sometimes you just do what you have to. Well, listen and tell us. Me, I've got black hair and a beard hiding my cheeks. My favourite movie is Dead Poets Society (just kidding) and I am a great fan of Eels (Curtis Newton likes Cake.) Laurent Gaudé, Jack London and Milan Kundera wrote the last books I read. And last but not least, I play Curtis's emerald guitar. Djaï |
