Green Works!
In mid-October I was on one of my favourite websites (SmartCanucks.ca) when I noticed that a company named Matchstick.ca was looking for 50 Canadian bloggers to participate in a word of mouth campaign to promote a new product called Green Works (from the makers of Clorox products).This past Friday I received a box at work containing 30 laundry soap samples and 30 coupons to hand out to friends. I could hardly wait to start handing them out - a group of my co-workers all received samples as well as friends and neighbours. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside to hand out a product that was good for the environment.

Halloween Monsters
So Halloween has come and gone and now we are counting down the days until Christmas (there are 51 days as of today until the man in red arrives!).My kids had a blast on Halloween. H was a zombie (or as she says a Zombie Lawyer - not sure why she has something against lawyers but it appears she does). O was a Monster Bride, is this a dig at marriage? Who knows?!?Here is my pretty zombie ... I think she looks great! It was tons of fun doing her make-up and distressing her clothes. It was the first time that I worked with latex for her peeling skin and I think it turned out pretty well.

It's been a while!
