Alison and I went to a Steampunk Halloween Party at our friend's house in Modesto. Tawny and Phil always have amazing parties making it well worth the drive into the valley. Everyone embraced the holiday spirt, and the costumes were fantastic. I hope that everyone else had a great halloween.

A room to live and work in
Our living room doubles as Alison's office and a place to meet with couples for wedding consultations as well as a significant part of our home. We wanted to create a nice and personal space where we would feel comfortable with friends and families, but one that also allowed us to meet with people on a professional level. About a month ago, I was approached to put together an aspiring dancer's portfolio. Nikki Kellogg, 22, is planning to move to L.A. to audition and make a push for being a dancer, and she said she needed a portfolio to show around. This was an entirely new project for me, and we spent quite a bit of time planning our shoots and what kind of photos she wanted to showcase her looks and talent.
