One thing I miss about my youth and my friends back home in Toronto is being introduced to new music. It all started years ago when I would buy albums based on the band name or album art, usually sticking to the punk rock genre of records shops like the Record Peddlar in Toronto.

Feeding more than geeks in Nashville
Hey Nashville, last year we held a December Geek Breakfast food drive for Second Harvest of Middle Tennessee. Together we collected two large bins filled to the top with non-perishable food items for Nashville’s less fortunate.
Each month we meet to chow down and gab about all matters geek. It’s important for us to recognize those who are truly hungry this (and every) time of year.
