TEASER :: GONE SHOOTIN’
This is just a teaser shot to get you excited for the full post on Friday.  I have family in town so I’m not going to spend hours locked in my office, but I will for sure get to these pictures quick!  This morning I went shooting guns in Ramona with Drew, Ryan, and Paul.  It was ah-maz-ing!  I have to tell you, I’m not the hunting type, but I can shoot the hell out of a clay pigeon and flying sodas!  There’s pictures, and VIDEO!  So stoked for this post!  Stay tuned Friday afternoon to see a group of bad asses shoot the crap out of stuff!  Yeah, that’s us ;)
TASTY TUESDAYS :: THE ULTIMATE CROWD PLEASER
I don’t mean to brag, but I make one hot damn good Rice Krispie Treat!!!  I can’t take all the credit though.  When you’ve learned from a master, it’s really carrying on their work.  Who is that master you ask?  My mom.  You wouldn’t believe the Krispie creations that she’s come up with over the years.  Just to name a few off the top of my head: there were the hockey sticks, the football, a number of our age, and a golf course for my dad!  It’s always insane to see what she comes up with.  Somehow too, her’s don’t taste like anyone else’s.  People are always saying how much better they are!  I’ve watched her make
RAMONA SHOOTOUT :: IT’S A TOUGH JOB
It’s a tough job, but somebody has got to do it!  This past Friday, I was at a Shootout up in Ramona, California to lead a small group of photographers.  Well, when I arrived, they kindly told me that they had enough leaders, but not enough models.  Oh, and that meant that I would be stepping in as a model.  The blushing, laughing, and giggling soon subsided and I was able to pull it off.  Luckily, I was paired up with Megan who was an incredible model!  She made me look good the whole day.  I was pretty much the blurry guy in the background of most open aperture shots ;) At the end of the day, after the teaching was done I was able to pull Megan aside and do some sho
DAY 30 :: HOORAY, I DID IT!!!
I can’t believe it is here!  DAY 30!  I DID IT!  A huge high-five to Erin Youngren who inspired this 30 Days of Bloggin!  She is an amazing blogger and if you haven’t already checked out The Youngren’s blog, do so now!  So day 30 is a teaser blog.  Today, the San Diego Photog Shootout was in Ramona and I went up there to lead a group of photographers for the day.  Well, when I arrived I was told that they were short on models and wanted me to step in.  So I blushed, I laughed, and ultimately I modeled.  Not even 20 minutes ago I walked in the door and I’m beat tired.  So tonight, I’m posti
DAY 29 1/2 :: A MOMENT IN THE LIFE OF ROME
So like I said before, I’m sort of on a video kick.  That’s why instead of pictures today, I’m posting two videos!  This second one is of my pooch Rome.  My house is being painted by an Italian artist (yours truly) and Rome is hilarious with all the stuff around everywhere.  Especially the rollers… A Moment in the Life of Rome from David Manning on Vimeo.
