The U Chair by Sylvain Willenz
The U Chair by Sylvain Willenz for Feld is a smart and elegant update of a classic cantilevered typology. It is a flat oval steel tubing which is bent into simple shapes to form the stackable structure, and is then upholstered with a high tech woven 3D fabric. The design is intentionally low tech and simple.

Tyson Street Home by Jackson Clements Burrows
This home has 4 bedrooms, a roof deck and off street parking for 2 cars (concealed behind the facade). The interior space is simple, open, and very airy due to the smart use of windows (even though one of them faces a brick wall the light pours in from above).
