| Description: |
Design Resumes' blog is ever evolving and as it does, you will find it differing from many career sites. Originally I was planning to use it only to promote my career side but I am finding that I just love to write, share, and grow so I will write about things that affect me, challenges I face, victories, and just every day things that happen. Please comment and come back again to visit. The blogs I like best build community and that is really what I am all about, not promotion, but building people who bond with what and who I am. |

I read somewhere that when you get touched to tears, that’s the Holy Spirit leading… And it has been happening a lot lately.
I have always felt that a worker is worth his pay so I find it hard to expect people to give of their talents without
Competition or Colleagues? And a History Lesson
Competition strikes fear, the word Colleague, implies working together. Can the competition be your colleague? In my experience, yes!
I’ve been a career industry professional for over 25 years, writing resumes, cover letters, teaching clients job searching strategies, and listening to job seekers share their stories.
Along the way, I learned about professi

Yesterday, (November 19), I went to my first Wausau Regional Chamber of Commerce meeting in a long time with a new friend and colleague of mine, TJ McManus from IcreaTech.com. The topic enticed me, “Embracing the Digital Marketing Age” It was presented by Gerald Mortensen & Amy Zondlo,
