The era of the VPS has arrived

Providing enterprise level solutions to the masses
The last few days I have been busy behind the scenes with a few new projects. A particular project that has been on ice for some time now is Eskhaleni Technologies. Eskhaleni is a company fully owned by my wife, established in early 2007. The company has been kept low profile, and has a small set of clients who are provided various development and financial services. When the company originally started I created a very simple design and haven’t looked at it since.
Taking a minimalist desktop to the extreme
There seems to be a current twitter frenzy over showing your desktop, and some interesting comments have come about because of this. I own and love my MacBook, but also use a Windows machine every day, due to my work requirements and because my MacBook is mainly for travelling. My wife sent me a Twitter message earlier today letting me know that I have mail from Jeff Atwood. They recently printed some stickers for Stack Overflow, Super User and Server Fault. All the moderators from all the sites where lucky enough to receive some of these stickers, which Jeff mailed to use directly.
