Beer Bread and Lube...Tonight was a pretty good Night!
So I had this business expo that I took part in tonight. I set up my table of Creative Memories stuff and was prepared to tell everyone how wonderful Creative Memories is and how awesome it is to celebrate your memories. I mean, who doesn't want to get their pictures into albums and look at them? Why take pictures if they are going to sit in a drawer?? I got a couple of contacts tonight, which is a good thing...but get a load of my night!!The expo started at 6:30pm. The first person to walk through the door was a man...alone. Not really typical of these business expo events.
I Gotta Do This More Often!
Last night I fell asleep before the kids went to bed. We were all laying in my bed together and I fell asleep. Usually it is Dan who falls asleep. But this time it was me. So Dan put the kids to bed and came back to our room, fully prepared to wake me up so we could go downstairs and watch television. But he said I was so out, snoring and all (I think he's lying on the snoring part), that he didn't have the heart to wake me up. So he went to sleep too!Well I slept from 7:30pm last night to 7:45am this morning. That's a lot of sleep! I felt AWESOME when I woke up. It was some much needed sleep after two weeks of Dan being out of town and me not having any breaks whatsoev
If She were Born First...
I swear. My daughter may look all sweet and whatnot, but that child...I'm telling you, if I would have had her first...it would have been a LOOOOOONG time before I would have considered having a second child. She is 3 and while I don't really think the 2's were all that bad, the 3's...they should be called the "horrifying three's". Zachary threw tantrums for like two weeks and then he was done with them. Bella...she throws herself down on the ground no matter WHERE she is and throws the mother of all tantrums. What do I do? I stand there and watch her for a second and then calmly walk over, pick her up and stick her in the cart and tell her "that is not a choice at the momen
Does the Biggest Loser use Diet Pills?
So I was at Walgreens today before picking Zachary up at school and I was STUNNED to see that Jillian Michaels had her own line of diet pills. Now I absolutely love The Biggest Loser. I think Bob and Jillian are amazing trainers, but I have to say, I have now lost some respect for Jillian Michaels. Not to mention, The Biggest Loser for allowing her to represent their show and have a product like that out there. I mean, as a viewer at home, I was always under the impression that The Biggest Loser is all about diet and exercise and basically lifestyle changes. Just irritates me. I really don't think I can watch Jillian the same way now. Now Bob...I can watch Bob any day or time ;)
