Christmas Starts Here
So Christmas is with us yet again, probably the most celebrated time of the year; a time when people of all nations take time out, away from the workplace to spend time with families. Sometimes, families they have seen for far too long; so it becomes a time to remember our families with love and affection. The time we spend with them is precious so we take care and are grateful for the time we spend with them. However at times the emphasis can be to rush the time and live to regret it later.

Building strong coaching relationships
As a life coach one of the important things you have to consider is the impression you make on your clients; this ultimately brings you repeat business with either them or their friends and acquaintances. Whenever you are to attend an interview for a new job role one of the important things you are reminded of as you leave is to create a good 'first impression'.

How do you express yourself?
When was the last time you truly expressed yourself? The time you let everybody realise how you felt and what you're about. Give yourself a few minutes to think when it was! As you think about it, recall a few more details, such as what exactly happened, who was there, if anybody, where did it happen, how did it happen.

Emotional Intelligence (EI)
Over the last few years, emotional intelligence has been recognised as being as important as intellectual ability for success in business, relationships and life in general. Intelligence measured by logical, mathematical and linguistic ability is not sufficient on its own to define how successful someone will be in business.

Getting the best out of your coaching network events
The purpose of you attending a networking event is usually to identify new clients or new business; how you approach and deal with these events on the day is crucial to you achieving that purpose. There are numerous networking events, relevant to your niche area, that you could attend on a regular basis. Some are available daily, if you are prepared to travel, other are not as often.
