Dogs Trust Dublin Launch: the celebrity guests
I gave our Communications team about 25 seconds to catch their breath on returning from Dublin before I hounded them for a behind-the-scenes guest post on the goings on at the launch party. Duly the lovely Sinead, who is deputy head of the department, obliged with these snippets on making sure the celebrity guests had a great time. The doors opened quietly to dog lovers last month, but today sees the official bells-and-whistles launch for Dogs Trust Dublin!The brand new centre aims to rehome 1,000 dogs every year, and builds on neutering and microchipping campaigns and education work Dogs Trust has been doing in Ireland since 2005.The big event is taking place as I write, as 11am marks the big moment. Puppies stolen from Dogs Trust Evesham
Staff at the Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre in Evesham arrived at work on Saturday 31st October to find there had been a break-in and two puppies had been stolen. The puppies are three month old Lurchers called Munchie and Pickles. Munchie is a male pup with distinctive brindle markings on his rough coat, and Pickles is a black and white female pup with a smooth coat.Both pups are microchipped and
