Pies
OK, so this post is dedicated to pies. I have been a freak about making pies lately. No clue why. I'll fed Ian a piece and I'll try a piece and then take the rest to work. My Sales Consultant, John, has become dependant on getting a piece when I come in Monday mornings and Im running out of ideas.So far, my best creation has been lemon meringue. I have had sooo many compliments on the consistency and can tell you that my secret is butter. Some recipes call for butter in the filling and some do not. I suggest going with the ones that do and then add just a little more.What are some of your favorite pies? Any secrets or special touches and tips you would like to share?
