Under the Hood
In honor of the cooking that is about to commence I had to post this mind blowingly awesome stove hood found on B-Metro Magazine via Urban Grace. It’s in a home in Florida and it is the coolest shape I’ve ever seen! Plus, having a skylight and a long farm table right in the kitchen to allow people to hang and chat while you cook is pretty ideal for the holiday season!

A Holiday Table
When you own your own business, super short weeks like this are stressful rather than exciting. I cannot believe Thanksgiving is here and I have to leave tomorrow! I am so not ready! Good thing I’m not hosting, and leaving that task to my mom who always does it beautifully.  As inspiration for those who may be hosting, here are some gorgeous holiday table images to get you moving this morning!

I absolutely adore hiswork and snapped up a bunch (don’t be surprised to get one if you are on my card list!) Quotable
I love quotes. I really do. So when I found these prints by 3 Lamb Graphics on Etsy I thought they were funny, charming and a great little addition to any inspiration board or blank wall where a little quote action is needed!  Although they are small (not poster sized as I’d hoped)- you could pop them in a great IKEA frame with a mat and they would look lovely (or make a great gift). Speaking of gifts, the 2009 Gift Guides for Her, Him, Home, Kids and Under $50 will be dropping after Thanksgiving!
