Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. A day when we reflect and express our thanks for the blessings in our lives. It’s been quite a year for my family but things are going well and we are adjusting nicely to our new home state of Virginia. I want to express my thanks and gratitude for those who have supported me along the way…thank you to my amazing clients, my wonderful family and loving friends. This is a very special family, near and dear to my heart. You may recognize the young lady in the photos…my oldest daughter! This is the other part of her family…my ex-husband, his wife and their THREE boys (with beautiful blue eyes). My daughter has SIX siblings between the two families! One of the reasons we moved up to Virginia from Florida was so that Sariah could be closer to her Dad, Charlie. Charlie and I have always remained friends after our divorce which is a great blessing in a time when so many families are broken up and never speak to each other again. My very first session (of many) in Old Town was with Jennifer and Steve. They are a laid back, super nice, adorable couple with a sweet little pup who goes by the name of Petunia! Beth and Dave’s original engagement session got rained out so we rescheduled for a mid-week session when the chances of rain were supposed to be lower. I am so glad we rescheduled because it ended up being a beautiful day for a session! I met up with Beth and Dave at Great Falls, VA. What a beautiful park!
