My presentation @ Digital Marketing First
I just gave a presentation about the importance of relevant communication in order to improve your reputation management and deliverability. It chocked me that a lot of people were not aware of the importance of the SenderScore and the reputation of the IP. The whitelisting myth is still top of mind. Sad it is.
