I don't know what it is with me lately but I've gone baking crazy! Cookies, cakes, casseroles, I bake it all. Maybe not the best, but I at least try. There is no feeling in the world (or at least that I've felt before) better than the feeling of accomplishment. The breath of relaxation and the thought of achievement after a period of hard work are triggers of euphoria to me. Why?
