I started my college career intending to train to become a Music Therapist. I eventually changed career paths, but did end up squeaking a Music Minor onto my degree. Naturally, I've maintained my love of music and continue to find my own form of therapy in my appreciation.As with most parents who find out their child is deaf, one of my first heartbreaks was realizing that she would never hear music or learn to appreciate music.
