Sekembali dari satu pengebumian mereka kembali ke rumah. Arjuna melangkah masuk lemah lalu berdiri di tepi tingkap. Songkoknya diletakkan di meja berhampiran. Memandang luar. Seperti biasa. Titik tenangnya di situ.Ingatannya melayang kepada sepetang di tanah perkuburan. Dia dan Andika tidak terucap kata. Hanya sendu dan pelukan erat yang memberi kesimpulan. Sudah lima tahun mereka tidak bertemu. Disoriented
I don't remember when I first wrote a story. If I pursued it consistently, I probably have developed a better style by now. But I don't. I only write when I feel like it. But such is life. Good stuff doesn't just fall into your lap.After the heated comments received in my last posting, I became disoriented. Not sure if I should write in English as I noticed the increase of readership in that language or if I should just do what I used to do.By the way, I found a floppy disk reader and I have posted my old (amateurish) works here. I have quite a bundle so I'm posting it little by little. Unedited.
