Marathon Monday: Holy Crap, it's MONDAY
These weeks are going so fast, I wish they'd slow down. This week was okay. I decided to do my long run Friday night after work at the encouragement of my two coworkers who said "run to my pool! it will be cold! and I will have beer!" So run to her pool is what I did. I am telling you, jumping (literally) in that icy cold pool after working all day and running 10 miles was A-MAZING!
