Hard Knocks
One of the things I like about Urban and Street Photography is the raw view into society that you see. It is often open and unadulterated. You will witness all walks of life. Those on cloud nine, and people down on their luck. In most cases the scenes you capture are real and gritty (a term I have used here before). This shot was taken on Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis. It is a place we often travel to for pictures as it is highly populated. W

Oblivion
I have no idea what this guy was doing…. well other than reading of course. I watched him for a couple of minutes. He did not move. He stood right at this spot, reading what ever it is he is holding. Cars flew past him, a large bus turned right in front of him…..he did not flinch or even twitch a muscle. What ever he was reading, it brought him to his own little world. Share and Enjoy:
