I just copied her message to repost it and ask for help.  I know this victim, she's a former officemate.  She's a professional and I can't believe that unfortunate event like this will happen to someone I know. Hello po.. I'm so confused right now.. exactly two months, yesterday October 27, before my wedding.. when I checked my CENOMAR.. MARRIED na daw po ako.. yes.. someone used my data to be married at sa isang Hapon pa po. All the data (birthdate, birthplace, parents, whole name) except home address at signature. Public document iyon, nasa NSO na.. Nagsimula kami kahapon pa kasama ng boyfriend ko naghanap hanap ng mapagtatanungan. . mula NSO hanggang sa DZMM

How sad, I was trying to add a Twitter widget here, but it says I can't post it here. Hmmm...
