275 x 25 back squat (scale weight to bodyweight if needed or 75% of 1RM)
135 x 15 power snatch (95# for women)

Power Clean 4×1 95% of 1RM or greater, do not go above your 1RM
Rest 5 minutes
Tabata Something Else Hybrid Style
6 intervals of 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest of pullups, pushups, situps and squats; 90 second rest taken in between exercises for recovery.
